Statement: Beware Dogwood Alliance Impersonator

We have learned that scammers are using the Dogwood Alliance name and logo on social media to falsely claim we are hiring for data entry jobs.

The scam involves soliciting people to do freelance work. Once the work is complete, they solicit the freelancer for money. The platforms where we know this impersonation has occurred are:

  • Instagram
  • WhatsApp
  • Telegram
  • Latium Freelancing

These may not be the only platforms on which the scammers are operating, so please beware.

Dogwood Alliance will never ask for money in exchange for freelancing. All independent contracting work with Dogwood Alliance happens only after our team issues an official contract.

Dogwood Alliance is NOT hiring through any third party at this time. All job openings are posted on our official website: www.dogwoodalliance.org. Please report any scammers directly to the social platform. Please let us know as well so that we can take proper action.
