A Supreme Court decision endangers the health of wetlands, rivers, streams, and lakes. These waterways are at risk of being dredged, filled, and polluted with impunity.
Congress must safeguard our clean water.
Congress must broaden WOTUS to include all wetlands, rivers, streams, and lakes. This will protect clean drinking water. It will support economies and communities. It will ensure healthy ecosystems for generations to come. All life depends on clean water.
