Do you have a valid, up-to-date will? Then your attorney can add, “Dogwood Alliance, Inc, located at 45 South French Broad Ave, Asheville, NC 28801” through a codicil. Hopefully, the following sample provisions will be helpful to your legal adviser.
“I give and bequeath the sum of ___ dollars (or stated percentage of estate or remainder) to Dogwood Alliance, Inc, located at 45 South French Broad Ave, Asheville, NC 28801 for its general purposes.”

Dogwood Alliance encourages donors to create bequests of a general nature. Our programs and campaigns change over time. Your bequests to a specific program may not be applicable when the time comes.
