Gulf South Manager Job Description

Reports to: Organizing Director
Location: Remote, based in Alabama, Louisiana, or Mississippi
Position Type: Full-time, 35 hours a week, Exempt
Salary Range: $60k-$80k based on experience

We’re looking for a passionate Gulf South Manager. This position leads our Gulf South efforts. This region includes MS, AL, and LA.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with:
    • communities facing destructive logging and wood production
    • partner organizations
  • Identify regulatory opportunities
  • Connect Gulf South networks with broader Dogwood work
  • Collaborate on broader organizational goals
